URGENT NEED FOR HELP!
November 8, 2007

Dear Friends,

“Shalom and Blessings” from the heart of Jerusalem! Once again, we thank you for your prayers and support in helping the many suffering Israeli victims of thousands of brutal acts of terrorism and war directed against our people.

We are challenged weekly with desperate pleas for help from victims and their families who face overwhelming difficulties as they struggle to survive their enormous losses. These struggles are especially true for the following individuals who cry out to The L-RD…and to us…for His mercy and help. Please prayerfully consider their desperate needs:

D’VORA BUCH STORY:
D’vora Buch, age 72, suffers severe pain from terminal cancer! Given only a short period of time to live, she resides with her disabled daughter who daily provides her with essential comfort and support. Yet, both are unable to work and continually lack resources for pain medicine, food, and bare essentials for daily life, as bills continues to pile up.

The electric company has given them three more days (until Sunday) to pay $800 of delinquent bills before permanently terminating their service. This will prove fatal for D’vora with winter rapidly approaching.

In response to the Israel Army’s request for help, ‘Hands of Mercy’ rushed to provide much needed housing repairs this past summer, as well as helping to keep the bank from evicting them due to delinquent mortgage payments. They now live daily on the bank’s mercy and concerned friends like you to avoid being evicted.
“Thank You” for assisting us to extend G-D’s mercy once again to D’vora, by helping provide for this “crisis electric bill”…along with their “crisis need” for food and long overdue housing payments!

AMNON ORR STORY:
Amnon Orr faces a critical crisis once again in his life! He must pay by Sunday a bank/court judgment totaling $1,300 or have his only means of transportation (an old car) repossessed. Amnon desperately needs this vehicle due to the special therapy he must suffer each week following his recent heart opperation. He is in much pain, cannot work, and struggles to walk as he tries to provide for his family of five…three of whom are recovering from critical injuries incurred six years ago in a tragic Jerusalem suicide bombing.

We have become very close to Amnon these past years through our encouragement and assistance to overcome his many difficulties. Having repeatedly faced death now in his personal life and family, he has become a strong believer and knows his life and family are truly ‘gifts from The L-RD! Yet, with no car or money to buy food for his family, Amnon has humbaly come to us once again for aid! Amnon and his family are now praying to for ‘another Miracle’ in their lives to survive this current crisis; and our encouragement and faith to see it happen! Due to your support and prayers, the life of Amnon has become a true miracle and honor to G-D…as he says, “Praise the L-RD” for having been given this ‘Renewed Life To Live”!
